All prey mats are checked prior to packing. Please choose carefully, as this item CAN NOT be exchanged or returned for a change of mind. 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Every single order is checked by the team prior to dispatch.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. We do not offer refunds.
